D&B Construction Group Is looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our growing team! The ideal candidate would be based out of Pennsylvania (though not a requirement) and would be traveling to construction jobs throughout the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware areas. Responsibilities: Supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and work performed. Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion. Manage and update the project timeline to ensure contractual deadlines are met. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. Communicate with the project team regarding project drawings, RFI’s, and Material Submittals. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and local municipality officials. Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution. Maintain a daily log of activities on the jobsite. Preside over all onsite construction meetings. Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner. Maintain client satisfaction and represent the company in a professional. Attend company and industry events (meetings, trainings, workshops etc.) as needed. Other related duties as assigned or needed. Qualifications and requirements: Willingness and ability to travel 75% 10+ years’ construction experience as a superintendent or similar role. 10+ years’ experience in commercial or multifamily construction. Ability to manage job onsite from start to finish. Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office. Valid Driver’s license OSHA30 Benefits: Per Diem for living expenses and pay for cost of travel/hotel.
