Must-Have:
- Experience with ventilator management, medicated aerosol treatments, and Bipap management.
- Experience in Open Heart, intubation, ABG draws, and analysis.
- Proficiency in CPT, Nitric, and Covid management.
Description:
Minimum experience required is 1 year.
First-time travelers are not accepted.
The patient population ranges from neonates to geriatrics.
Ventilator management and medicated aerosol treatments are essential tasks.
Bipap management, Open Heart procedures, intubation, and ABG draws and analysis are required.
CPT, Nitric, and Covid management skills are also necessary.
The facility operates as a 24/7 department with 12-16 therapists on day shift and 10-13 therapists on night shifts.
Coverage includes all floors of the facility, including intensive care and specialty units.
Required experience includes knowledge of specific systems.
Familiarity with Epic, Servo I, GE, and Hamilton equipment is necessary.
Scrub colors are flexible, excluding all red or all navy blue.
Work every other weekend unless specified otherwise.
Floating within the facility is expected as needed.
No call requirements are in place.
If a major holiday occurs during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work.
Up to two holidays may be worked if they fall within the assignment period.
Compliance is mandatory to start on time; delays could result in a two-week pushback due to orientation scheduling.
