Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.In this role you may be expected to:Review inventory countsUtilize problem solving skills and analyze data to make adjustment determinations (in SAP)Validate material counts in the warehousePerform CountsPerform RCCA investigations on inventory discrepanciesProvide reports on finding for managementPerform SLED (shelf-life expiration date) auditsIssue and Reconcile Bin Cycle Counts in SAPWork with cross functional internal/external teams as well as suppliers and transportation contacts to drive inventory accuracy improvementsBasic Qualifications:2-year degree required in a business-related program including operations, engineering, supply chain, accounting and purchasing. Current enrollment in an accredited 4-year college degree program at a Junior level status is considered equivalent to a 2-year degree OR 2 years of related experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics.Must have intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft ExcelMust have 2-years of inventory control experiencePhysical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation:Willing and able to sit/stand for prolonged periodsWilling and able to perform repetitive operationsWilling and able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floorWilling and able to frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15 to 30 minutesWilling and able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperaturesWilling and able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutesTop candidates will also have:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSAP software experience with inventory transactionsSupply Chain experienceTeam Lead or supervisory experienceBasic problem solving/data analytical skillsAdditional information: Resumes are highly encouraged for all applicants. This is an hourly position starting at $22.54/hour located in Athens, GA.1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday; 8-hour schedule*Overtime is required as needed to support business needs.  Summary Pay Range:$22.54 - $28.20Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
