Under general supervision, this position enforces City/County of Greenwood Codes related to public nuisance ordinances (i.e., weeds, rubbish, garbage, inoperative vehicles, etc.).
Applicant must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess and maintain valid certification from the International Code Council (Property Maintenance Code) or obtained within one year of employment. Must have a valid SC driver’s license.
