What You'll Do
• Provide direct support to individuals in residential homes and community settings
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence
• Encourage participation in community activities and social opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency policies
• Collaborate with supervisors, nurses, and other team members to provide quality care

Qualifications
