Our client, an industry leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join their team. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be part of the warehouse and logistics operations supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bernville, PA
Pay Range: $27/hr.
Shift: 2nd - 3:30pm-11:30pm
What's the Job?
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Ensure workflows are efficient and meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate cycle counts and audits
• Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
• Lead, train, and motivate logistics associates to meet performance goals
What's Needed?
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of logistics/warehouse experience
• 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP or Manhattan preferred
