J OB SUMMARY:
The RN Registered Nurse Clinical Staff Leader is r esponsible for assisting in supervising nursing staff; for providing leadership and orientation to nursing personnel; and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
Associates Degree required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
2-3 years RN Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting
Previous work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity
Current state license as a RN Registered Nurse
BLS Certification
