Job Description The Project Engineer - Corporate Interiors - Maryland will be responsible for:
• Supporting the execution of corporate interiors (tenant fit-out) projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Assisting Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, and overall project planning
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Managing and maintaining all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Tracking project progress and helping ensure milestones, timelines, and budgets are met
• Communicating regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
• Supporting procurement efforts by helping source and track materials and equipment
• Assisting with quality control and ensuring work aligns with project specifications and company standards
• Partnering with field teams to ensure seamless coordination between office and site operations
• Contributing to project closeout, including punch list management and final documentation

The Successful Applicant The Project Engineer - Corporate Interiors - Maryland will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-4+ years of experience supporting commercial construction projects, preferably within corporate interiors or tenant fit-out work
• Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project lifecycle
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
