Accounting Manager
Now Hiring: Accounting & HR Manager – Manufacturing
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company to hire an Accounting & HR Manager in a hands-on leadership role overseeing both finance and people operations.
✅ Oversee full-cycle accounting (month-end, financial reporting, budgeting)
✅ Manage HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance
✅ Partner with leadership to support operational and strategic decisions
✅ Maintain internal controls and ensure policy compliance
✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior HR responsibility preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP, payroll, and employment laws/regulations
• Experience with ERP systems and HR/payroll platforms
• Strong leadership and ability to operate in a hands-on, small-to-mid sized environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
