We are seeking a professional, self-motivated Field Inspector to support facility compliance assessments throughout Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling regularly, and interacting professionally with a variety of clients and facilities.
This position is 100% travel throughout Pennsylvania and combines on-site facility assessments with remote reporting and documentation. While prior experience in inspections, facilities, or related fields is helpful, we are open to entry-level candidates who demonstrate strong professionalism, reliability, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities
• Conduct on-site assessments of medical and commercial facilities, documenting building conditions, accessibility features, safety elements, and general site observations.
• Evaluate areas such as parking lots, entrances, interior spaces, signage, lighting, and other facility features.
• Review facility documentation and verify required records and safety equipment are maintained.
• Prepare accurate and timely field reports using tablets, mobile devices, and reporting software.
• Communicate professionally with clients, facility staff, and internal team members.
• Maintain organized project documentation while following company procedures and compliance standards.
• Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service.
Qualifications
• Strong professionalism, accountability, and polished presentation.
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage a travel-based schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and mobile technology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable with extensive travel throughout Pennsylvania in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in inspections, facilities, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
