Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinician, located in Central Virginia area. The Clinician will provide individual, couple, and/or family counseling services, assess client needs, and develop personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with other professionals as necessary, and actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest practices in the field. The role requires empathy, effective communication, and a dedication to client well-being.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in psychotherapy, client assessment, and creating treatment plans
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building client trust and rapport
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to ethical guidelines
• Experience in providing therapy for individuals, couples, and/or families
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Master's degree or higher in Counseling or Social Work
• Possession of a valid clinical license, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, in the state of Virginia or seeking residency
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
