Plant Maintenance Operations Leader — Industrial Manufacturing

Join Techo-Bloc, where innovative, premium landscaping products are built with pride. We’re expanding and seeking a floor-focused leader to run maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility.
Based in: Douglassville, PA (Serving Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Exeter, Birdsboro, Boyertown, and nearby communities)
Role overview
• Lead maintenance technicians, the parts function, and maintenance planning
• Control budget; procure critical spares; optimize inventory and MRP
• Drive root cause analysis for mechanical and electrical failures
• Own capital projects from idea to final completion
• Coordinate work and follow-up across multiple shifts
• Direct sourcing and vendor services to ensure uptime
• Supervise troubleshooting and repairs on PLC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Schedule and manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• Hire, train, and mentor maintenance staff
• Align procedures and parts strategy with OEM recommendations for safety and reliability
• Plan and run the annual 6-week equipment rebuild
• Use ERP to assign, track, and report workloads
• Negotiate vendor contracts for parts and services
Qualifications
• Established success in industrial manufacturing environments
• 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role (supervisor/manager)
• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Expertise in: electrical systems; hydraulics & pneumatics; automation and mechanical systems; PLCs/plant automation; ERP platforms
• Record of mentoring and training across mechanical and electrical skill sets
• Willingness and ability to support a three-shift operation
