Description:
Minimum experience required is 1 year.
First-timers are not accepted.
Patient population ranges from neonates to geriatrics.
The department operates 24/7 with a staffing ratio of 12-16 therapists during day shifts and 10-13 therapists during night shifts.
The team covers all floors within the facility, including critical care units.
Responsibilities include ventilator management, medicated aerosol treatments, and COVID management.
Additional skills required include BiPAP management, intubation, and arterial blood gas draws and analysis.
Experience with specific device systems is necessary.
Candidates should have full compliance to start on time.
If not compliant in time, the onboarding will be delayed.
Travel experience is required.
Holidays during the assignment will require a commitment to work.
Floating to different departments may be necessary within the scope of practice.
All requested time off must be finalized at the time of submission.
The maximum allowable RTO is 7 days.
No RTO or schedule requests can be made post-offer or onsite.
Compliance documentation must be submitted by the specified deadline.
All documentation must be completed within a defined time frame before the start date.
