Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a vital part of the Customer Support Department, you will support customers with professionalism and empathy. Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representatives
Location: Reading, PA
Pay Range: $17
Shift: 8am to 6pm, Sunday through Saturday
What's the Job?
• Receiving inbound calls and creating notifications for customers
• Performing account maintenance and inputting data accurately
• Documenting customer notes on accounts to ensure clear communication
• Handling outage and emergency calls within company and regulatory guidelines
• Utilizing independent analysis and judgment to resolve customer concerns effectively
What's Needed?
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass company approved CSR test before completing the temp to hire assignment
• Strong customer service experience preferred
• Ability to sit at a desk and be on the phone for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills, including good grammar, tone of voice, and diction
