In this role, you will support the implementation and sustainment of the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS) while working to improve supply chain processes and operational performance.You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, efficiency, and overall plant operations.You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Support site leadership and process owners in implementing and sustaining TMOS, ensuring standard manufacturing processes are consistently appliedAct as a change agent and support resource while modeling behaviors aligned with TMOSMonitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance and support follow-up actionsCollaborate with continuous improvement leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide initiativesSupport execution of continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiencyIdentify process improvement opportunities and assist with replication of best practices across sitesUtilize site data to support project prioritization, scope, and execution planningSupport site-level initiatives and assist in driving process improvementsAssist in project review meetings by tracking progress and documenting resultsConduct analysis of product and information flow to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesSupport training and coaching efforts related to continuous improvement tools and methodologiesContribute to plant-wide initiatives and operational strategiesSupport additional tasks and duties as neededImportant Details:This is a full-time, on-site role on First Shift, Monday through Friday.
