ADON Assistant Director Of Nursing Responsibilities
• Leadership: Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall nursing services of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other support staff.
• Patient Care: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
