Media Sales Account Executive
Position Overview:
Treese Media Group LLC, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Media Sales Account Executive to join our team in Reading, PA. This role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships while driving revenue through innovative, multi-platform advertising solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for helping local businesses grow, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify client needs and create customized advertising campaigns across radio, digital, social media, and event platforms
• Present and sell WEEU’s full suite of marketing solutions in a compelling and consultative manner
• Manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction, campaign performance, and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams including programming, production, and digital to execute campaigns
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communication, and billing coordination
• Participate in community events, remote broadcasts, and networking opportunities to build brand presence
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience preferred (media or marketing experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
