Description
Job Purpose: The GA will assist the RC team with organization, administration, and communication to advance research initiatives across the university.
Skills Development or Learning Opportunities Available:
• Opportunity to learn research administration skills (compliance, pre-award support, post-award support)
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic, face paced environment
Essential Duties:
• Provide PWRC team members with administrative support
• Assist with planning of multiple PWRC events
• Use various Google and Microsoft applications
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
• Superb organizational skills
• Basic graphic design abilities
• Experience in event planning
• Excellent attention to detail
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be an enrolled graduate student for the current and/or upcoming academic year
• Must maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA
• Must be in good disciplinary standing with the University
