Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial solutions, is seeking a Baldor Winding Team Tech C to join their team. As a Baldor Winding Team Tech C, you will be part of the Winding department supporting various work centers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
• Assist in the winding and insulation preparation processes within the department.
• Operate overhead cranes and hoists safely to move materials and equipment.
• Use gauges and measuring devices to ensure precision in work tasks.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while adhering to technical instructions.
What's Needed?
• Ability to perform in multiple winding department work centers within 18 months.
• Effective communication skills to understand and respond to technical instructions in English.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, factory orders, and routings in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Capability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing setting, including shift work if required.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics, including measuring in fractions of an inch.
