Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Director at The Hill School, located in Pottstown, PA. The Medical Director will oversee and coordinate medical care for students, including managing acute and chronic medical conditions. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, evaluating student health needs, providing direct care, and overseeing medical protocols. The Medical Director will also work closely with staff to ensure the wellbeing and safety of the school community.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Medicine, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Specialized skills in Cardiology, Neurology, and Oncology
• Experience collaborating and working closely with Physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage health services in an educational setting
• Licensure to practice medicine (required) and board certification in relevant specialties is a plus
• Experience working with adolescents or in a school setting is an advantage
