About the Role
• Job Title: Data Center Construction Quality Manager (QA/QC)
• Location: Blue Ridge, Virginia 24064
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in reviewing civil, mechanical, structural, and site utility designs for compliance with standards and codes.
• Support the development of design packages, technical specifications, and engineering calculations.
• Help track and resolve RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications with design firms and contractors.
• Participate in on-site verification of engineering installations, equipment checks, and quality audits.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure field work aligns with design intent.
• Support commissioning teams with equipment testing, verification, and documentation.
• Assist with issue tracking, punch lists, and construction progress reporting.
• Maintain project engineering logs, schedules, and documentation repositories.
• Help prepare engineering reports, dashboards, and technical summaries for leadership.
• Support coordination between engineering, construction, safety, and operations teams.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Understanding of engineering fundamentals (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, structures, materials).
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD/BIM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$140,000-$180,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
