Key Responsibilities
• Act as the lead point of contact between technicians, advisors, and customers
• Help manage daily workflow, scheduling, and service execution
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and clear communication
• Support team performance, accountability, and customer satisfaction
• Uphold and elevate our standards for service and professionalism
Qualifications That Make You Stand Out
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Strong automotive knowledge with a drive to keep learning
• Excellent communication and people skills

Compensation
$50,000–$100,000+ based on experience, performance, and leadership impact
