Nutrition Shift Coordinator
Job Summary
The Nutrition Shift Coordinator :
• Oversees Retail Food service staff during shift
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail food service areas.
• Provides job and service training for new and existing employees.
• Ensures efficient, safe, and reliable retail meal service.
• Verifies all cash drawers are reconciled and returned to safe.
• Performs area opening and closing procedures.
• Interacts with customers to provide optimal service.
• Completes temperature and cleaning logs.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Position utilizes a computerized Point-of-Sale system
• Works in the role Food Service Worker Retail in addition to shift coordinator responsibilities.
• Work environment contains hot food preparation and holding equipment, Walk-in Refrigerators/Freezers, walking between retail units, use of Food grade cleaning chemicals.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Alternating Shifts (5:30am-2pm & 11am-7:30pm). Weekend and holiday rotation included.

• High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
