EHS Specialist needed to support environmental, occupational health, safety, regulatory compliance, inspections, training, and monitoring activities across manufacturing sites.
Job Requirements
• BS degree required
• 5–7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work any shift as needed
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Medical, vision, hearing, and color assessments required
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Knowledge of environmental regulations
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for manufacturing operations
Preferred Skills
• Current RCRA certification
• Current DOT certification
• Current OSHA certification
• Global EHS compliance experience
• U.S. and EU compliance experience
• Auditor certification
• Experience conducting EHS and regulatory compliance inspections
• Experience supporting EHS training programs
• Experience developing monitoring systems for emissions and equipment performance
Job Responsibilities
• Lead environmental, occupational health, and safety plans
• Coordinate EHS activities across U.S. manufacturing sites
• Develop monitoring systems for variables affecting emissions and equipment performance
• Perform random EHS and regulatory compliance inspections
• Verify site compliance with OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate EHS training needs across the organization
• Assist with EHS training activities as needed
• Support new employee facility orientation related to EHS requirements
• Maintain compliance with environmental, occupational health, safety, and regulatory standards
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
