🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Perform interior painting on walls and ceilings
• Complete drywall repair , patching, and finishing
• Apply caulking and surface preparation for painting projects
• Conduct light maintenance repairs including sinks and toilets
• Troubleshoot minor facility issues and perform general upkeep
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Assist with general shop support tasks as needed
✅ Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in painting and drywall repair
• Strong knowledge of surface prep, finishing, and repair techniques
• Ability to handle basic plumbing repairs (sink/toilet troubleshooting)
• Experience working in commercial, industrial, or facility environments preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
