Job Description • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractor partners
• Drive quality control and safety compliance across all project activities

The Successful Applicant • 5-7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven success managing projects across two or more sectors such as QSR, retail, multifamily, municipal, or healthcare
• Strong experience in both ground-up and interior construction
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and lead projects with minimal direction
• Based in or within commuting distance of Athens, GA (in-office 5 days/week)
• Strong communication, leadership, and subcontractor management skills
