Associate Attorney
A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its team in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in PI litigation, case management, and client advocacy who is looking for a consistent caseload and strong firm support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage 80–100 active personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Handle motor vehicle accidents (MVA), slip and fall, premises liability, and dog bite claims
• Conduct case evaluation, client intake, demand preparation, negotiations, and litigation strategy
• Represent clients in personal injury claims, insurance negotiations, and civil litigation matters
• Participate in on-call intake rotation and convert new client leads (bonus-eligible)
• Work closely with paralegals, litigation support staff, and intake teams
• Maintain strong client communication, case progression, and documentation

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (PA licensed attorney)
