We’re currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Collision Estimator to join our growing team in our 24,000-square-foot, air-conditioned collision center.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate repair estimates and communicate repair processes with customers
Negotiate and work directly with insurance companies throughout the repair process
Maintain strong DRP insurance relationships
Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and insurance appraisers to ensure timely repairs
Utilize CCC ONE estimating software efficiently and accurately
Deliver outstanding customer service from estimate through vehicle delivery
Qualifications
Collision estimating experience preferred
Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating system
I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
