Enjoy a standard 40-hour workweek with a twist that lets you start your weekend early:

Mon/Wed/Thu: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
•
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Clinic late night)
•
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Work through lunch and head home early!)
What You Will Do:
•
Guide patients through healthcare plan applications during Open Enrollment (ACA/Marketplace).
•
Certify program eligibility by reviewing financial and residency documentation.
•
Coordinate insurance enrollment, premium payments, and benefit changes with carriers and pharmacies.
•
Maintain accurate records in specialized state and federal tracking systems.
What We Are Looking For:
•
Experience: 3+ years in healthcare administration, insurance verification, or social services.
•
Skills: Strong Excel skills and the ability to calculate financial eligibility based on federal guidelines.
•
Knowledge: Familiarity with Georgia Medicaid (GAMMIS) or healthcare marketplace navigation is highly preferred.
•
Qualities: A professional, non-judgmental approach to serving diverse patient populations with complex health needs.
