Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Position Requirements:A:  Licensure/Certification/Registration:  Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure bythe Georgia State Board of  Nursing preferred.B:  Education:  Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare or legalprogram required.C:  Experience:  Must have at least 2 years risk management, compliance, quality/performance improvementor coding and billing experience. Training and experience in risk management, compliance, quality/performance improvement or coding and billing required.D:  Special Qualifications:  A working knowledge of the principles and practices of Risk Management and Compliance.  Must be able to plan, organize and coordinate varied projects and operations, present ideas effectively, orally and in writing to a diverse audience.  Must be able to deal constructively with conflict; collect, analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources and take appropriate action. Requires working knowledge of current policies/procedures and laws/regulations which relate to various aspects of care and services rendered. Professional knowledge of data collection and proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
