Description:
Performs various specimen collections and phlebotomy techniques for inpatient and outpatient specimens.
May perform laboratory tests including, but not limited to, occult and gastric blood tests, urine pH, and urine volume.
The processing of samples includes accessioning, receiving, liquidating, and labeling samples.
Participates in the review of laboratory duties.
