Description:
Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by occupational therapists.
Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
Educate patients and families about recovery processes and therapeutic exercises.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
Demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and best practices.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
