JOB SUMMARY:
R esponsible for coordination of Life Lion department initiatives. This could include quality and safety programs, continuing clinical education programs, orientation of new employees, outreach and marketing initiatives, and vehicle and equipment maintenance coordination. These duties may include data analysis, responding to data requests and action planning.
M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required.
3 years of related experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Ability to assess and reallocate resources to meet the needs of the service.
Strong leadership and decisive decision making.
Industry clinical knowledge of all levels of prehospital services.
Communication skills both as leader and peer to coordinate efforts.
Some budget and financial knowledge.
Logistical skills.
Program implementation coordination.
Teaching/training skills.
Documentation expertise.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an approved Paramedic Training Program preferred.
Eligible for Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic certification within the Commonwealth of PA or PHRN (Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse) preferred.
Basic Life Support certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
