Full-Time Employment : Base pay + commissions + full benefits
Vertical Ownership : hotel & hospitality sales nationwide
Ideal Candidate (Hotel & Hospitality Focus):
✅ 2+ years selling to hotels, resorts, hospitality properties, or convention centers
✅ Proven closing $25K+ monthly fitness amenity deals
✅ Existing relationships with hotel GMs, regional managers, ownership groups, or hospitality directors
✅ Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales
✅ Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
✅ Understands hospitality needs: guest-friendly equipment, fast installs, 24/7 service backup, boutique resort aesthetics
Position Summary: Own end-to-end hotel & hospitality fitness solutions from your local base:
• Sell wellness suite upgrades (strength + cardio + recovery) for hotels, resorts, conference centers
• Design, procure equipment, install, service, asset/warranty management
• Target your local market + national hospitality chains
• Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains
Job Requirements
✅ Hotel/hospitality sales track record ($25K+ monthly closes)
✅ Reliable transportation for property visits
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Clean background & drug test
✅ Professional appearance
Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
15-25% travel for key properties
100% commission start (uncapped on hospitality deals)
Contractors first 3 months/200 hours → full-time eligible
