EDUCATION

QUALIFICATIONS
•   Must be willing to work overtime as needed
•   Strong communication and teamwork skills
•   Ability to read and follow SOPs, operator manuals, and work instructions
•   Basic math skills including multiplication, division, and metric measurements
PREFERENCE
•   Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or machine operation experience
SUMMARY
We are seeking motivated Packaging Technicians to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team responsible for operating high-speed bottling and packaging lines. This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or mechanical experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•   Operate and support high-speed packaging and bottling lines
•   Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and product changeovers
•   Troubleshoot equipment jams and basic operational issues
•   Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
•   Maintain accurate production documentation using electronic and paper systems
•   Follow all safety, GMP, OSHA, and SOP requirements
•   Assist with preventive maintenance activities as trained
•   Support palletizing and material handling activities using powered and non-powered equipment
•   Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines
