Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• At least 3 years of purchasing and/or sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Prior machining or fabrication experience
• APICS or Supply Chain Management certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work onsite
Preferred Skills
• Experience sourcing machined components
• Experience sourcing fabricated components
• Experience supporting manufacturing procurement activities
• Experience working with technical drawings during supplier and purchasing processes
• Experience with inventory, material planning, or supplier coordination in a production setting
Job Responsibilities
• Support purchasing and sourcing activities for manufacturing operations
• Review technical drawings to support procurement decisions
• Source materials, components, and services for production needs
• Work with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery information
• Support procurement of machined and fabricated components
• Maintain purchasing records and related documentation
• Use Microsoft Office tools for purchasing, reporting, and communication
• Coordinate onsite with manufacturing and related departments to support material requirements
Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $88,000.00 per year
