Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking an OPEX/Continuous Improvement Supervisor. In this role, you will manage, plan, coordinate and lead the deployment of Operational Excellence programs (ECIS, ELSS, CIF, 5S, structure problem solving, etc.) throughout the Greenwood, SC facility in support of strategic goals and objectives. This position is a manager of people with responsibility for a team of ME Technicians.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:
• Initiate and facilitate successful RIE and Kaizen events / Continuous Improvement Events, and BPIs for the Greenwood facility.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste driving customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and improved working capital performance.
• Assist with corporate initiatives, participating on teams to drive best practices across Eaton and PDCA division/ ESA such as Industry 4.0
• Coach, mentor, develop and conduct performance reviews for your direct reports.
• Provide regular ELSS/CI status updates to the senior leadership team.
• Work cross functionally with other departments (Quality, EHS, Operations, Engineering, SCM, etc.) to achieve the sites operational goals.
• Drive employee engagement through IDEAS program and participation in CI activities.
• Lead the 5S program implementation across both PDCA facilities.
• Responsible for leading cost-out initiatives for the Greenwood PDCA facilities and getting the projects in Cost Verse.
• Assist with capital deployment from a CI point of view. (ex. Layouts, VSM/3P, 5S, etc.)
• Understanding of the Capital purchasing process, ProLaunch, MOC, etc.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing / continuous improvement experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing people and/or leading project teams.

Skills:
• Proficiency with components of Eaton Lean Six Sigma, Eaton Business Excellence, EHS, and/or Prelaunch.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, computer).
• Demonstrated proficiency with basic manufacturing tools such as Lean, Six-Sigma, problem solving/decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support customer and manufacturing requirements.
• Ability to influence without authority.
