Hiring Immediately: Traffic Controller (Entry Level) Reading, PA | $16–$18/hr | Full-Time | Outdoor Role

As a Traffic Controller , you’ll play a critical role in protecting road crews, drivers, and pedestrians while working outdoors. No prior experience is required— paid training is provided to get you up and running quickly.
Compensation & Schedule • Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
• $17.00/hour after 3 months
• $18.00/hour after 6 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with early morning starts (around 6:00 AM)
• Overtime available
What You’ll Do • Direct and control traffic flow using signs, flags, and hand signals
• Maintain safe work zones for construction crews and the public
• Set up and remove traffic control equipment at job sites
• Stay alert to changing traffic conditions and respond quickly
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, attentive, and safety-focused
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Strong awareness of surroundings and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license required
