As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate , you’ll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently while ensuring safety, accuracy, and organization throughout the facility.
Compensation & Schedule • Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Opportunity for overtime based on business needs
What You’ll Do • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage
• Organize and store inventory to maintain accurate counts and efficient access
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
• Load and unload trucks using sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Operate warehouse equipment safely while following all safety guidelines
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and process orders
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and quality inspections
• Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse and distribution operations
• Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
What We’re Looking For • 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience with forklifts (sit-down preferred), palletizing, picking, or staging
• Comfortable using a WMS or basic computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and reliability
Preferred (Not Required) • Prior forklift certification
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Experience handling plastic materials or similar products

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.
