Salary: $27-$31/hour
Our client specializes in aftermarket parts and accessories for various industries, delivering high-quality replacement solutions for powersports, automotive, and heavy-duty equipment.
They are in need of a Waterjet Operator
2nd shift: 2pm-12:30am
Responsibilities:
• Set up and run waterjet cutting machines produce parts according to job orders and blueprints.
• Program machine controls using CAD/CAM or proprietary software to ensure accurate cutting paths.
• Monitor cutting parameters like water pressure, abrasive flow, and cutting speed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or laser scanners to verify tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance, including changing abrasive media, cleaning nozzles, pump rebuilds and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and cutting sequences.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
