About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Distribution Real Estate Coordinator to support land and right-of-way (ROW) activities for a major utility program. This role is fully onsite in Reading, PA and plays a key part in coordinating property-related documentation, stakeholder data, and project support across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret land and Right-of-Way documents (easements, deeds, leases, permits, licenses)
• Conduct rights and restrictions reviews and support permitting requirements
• Research and review real property documentation
• Translate ROW data into stakeholder management systems
• Perform QA/QC on database entries from field agents
• Compile technical data for project teams
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, GIS teams, environmental consultants, and ROW specialists
• Support multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in public open houses as needed
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• (OR High School Diploma + 4+ years of relevant experience)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and tracking tools
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with electric utilities or railroad projects
• Familiarity with Google Earth and construction drawings
• IRWA designation (nice to have, not required)
