O ur Registered Respiratory Therapists :
D eliver aerosolized medications as prescribed
R eport patient response and records in patient’s records
A ssess patients and manage life support equipment with medical team; evaluate need for mechanical ventilation using appropriate testing procedures
A ssess patients to determine respiratory therapy treatment plan; consult with attending physician, and recommend appropriate care based upon evaluation
R espond to emergency calls (codes, traumas, and rapid responses)
E valuate the patient’s needs for airway care and secretion removal
M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A ssociates Degree from a CoARC approved program in Respiratory Therapy required
Licensed as Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
RRT credential required
A CLS or PALS/NRP certification required
C Ritical Thinking And Multitasking Skills Required
