Position Overview
Are you someone who loves getting into the details and making things run smoothly? Do you enjoy owning processes from start to finish and finding ways to make them better? Are you just as comfortable managing financials as you are jumping in to support operations?
If that sounds like you, we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-loving Finance and Operations Manager who’s excited to take ownership of the day-to-day heartbeat of our business. This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage kind of role, it’s for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, staying close to the work, and making a real impact.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will set you up for success here.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and cross-functional team, giving you visibility, influence, and the chance to truly make your mark. If you love wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and being part of something growing, this could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
