Job Description • Oversee all day‑to‑day field operations from project start through completion
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site crews to ensure schedule adherence
• Maintain project timelines and coordinate all phases of construction
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of work
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to resolve issues and maintain progress
• Maintain daily job reports, schedules, and site documentation
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and client expectations

The Successful Applicant • 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground‑up and/or renovation projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining jobsite productivity
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
