Job Description
Join a company dedicated to sustainability by operating a closed-loop system that recycles post-production polycarbonate and PVC scrap. This innovative process repurposes over 13,000 tons of material annually into new thermoplastic products, reducing waste to less than 1% and significantly lowering ecological impact. As a General Laborer, you will support various functions of the production line, including palletizing and performing quality inspections on plastic sheets used for Plexiglass. This versatile role contributes to the creation of essential products for restaurants, schools, and businesses.
Responsibilities
• Support different functions of the production line.
• Palletize materials and perform quality inspections on plastic sheets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols while operating machinery.
• Assist in material handling tasks such as replenishments, unloading, and loading.
Essential Skills
• Experience as a Machine Operator in Manufacturing and Production environments.
• Understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in general labor and material handling.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
