Role Description
This is a full time, field-based sales role focused on generating new business and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects in person, and supporting the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal. You will also work directly with leadership, including accompanying David on select client visits and high value opportunities. This is not a desk role. This is a role for someone who can get in front of people, create opportunities, and close business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through consistent in person prospecting across Metro Atlanta, including outreach to property managers, commercial facilities, HOAs, residential communities, and local businesses
Initiate conversations on site with decision makers, confidently present services, and create opportunities in real time.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent activity and momentum.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners, representing All Clear with credibility and strong communication.
Support the full sales cycle by assisting with proposals, delivering service recommendations, and executing consistent follow up to move deals toward close.
Collaborate closely with operations, including accompanying Leadership on select client visits and contributing to high value opportunities.
Provide insights from the field to help refine sales strategy, identify trends, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Track all leads, interactions, and deal progress using Jobber and maintain disciplined pipeline management practices.
Leverage tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot when applicable, and use AI tools to research prospects, improve outreach, and increase efficiency.
Maintain a high level of daily field activity, manage time independently, and consistently handle rejection while staying results focused.
Required Qualifications
• Up to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or service based industries
• Proven ability to engage in in person or door to door sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally throughout Metro Atlanta daily
Other Qualifications
Experience working with property managers, commercial clients, or facilities services is strongly preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Jobber, Salesforce, or HubSpot, with the ability to track leads, log activity, and manage a structured sales pipeline
Resourceful and opportunistic mindset, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities in real time
Comfortable initiating conversations in any environment, including in person and unplanned interactions
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with decision makers
Professional presence and the ability to represent the company confidently on site
Highly self motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities while maintaining consistent follow up
AI savvy and comfortable using modern tools to research prospects, improve outreach, and increase efficiency
High energy, resilient, and able to handle rejection while maintaining consistent performance in the field
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally throughout Metro Atlanta daily
Compensation and Growth
Base pay to start, Earnings from $48,000 to $78,000/year through commission and bonuses after 6 months. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow their income based on performance.
