Role Description
Ann Taylor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our management team. This part-time, on-site position is located in Pottstown, PA. As a Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, lead and inspire a diverse team, and ensure exceptional customer service aligned with the brand’s values. Your responsibilities will include employee training and mentorship, driving sales, maintaining store profitability, monitoring inventory and merchandising, and upholding operational standards to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
Qualifications
• Leadership and team management: Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills: Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding customer experiences and building rapport with diverse clientele.
• Sales and retail operations knowledge: Experience in overseeing daily retail operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining profitability.
• Organization and problem-solving: Skilled in inventory management, staff scheduling, and resolving operational challenges effectively.
• Exceptional communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and other stakeholders effectively.
• Adaptability and initiative: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think proactively, and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
• Experience in retail or fashion industry management is a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
