• Position:** Assistant Property Manager
• Location:** North Port, Florida
• Pay Rate:** $22.00/hour plus commissions and quarterly bonus potential!**Compensation:** Competitive pay, with weekly payments and a generous amount of paid time off provided!
• Rent Discount:** 20%
• Must be able to work weekends
About The Role
As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll be responsible and accountable for assisting in on-site operations at the community and driving maximum occupancy to ensure resident retention through exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in enforcing leasing best practices, supporting the Sr. Property Manager, and contributing to a positive community experience.
• Key Responsibilities:**
• Process new applications.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
Assist Sr. Property Manager in overseeing Leasing and Maintenance staff.
• Lease apartments through multiple channels and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and assist with resident retention strategies.
• Assist with rent collection, evictions and office organization.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years Assistant Property Manager experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak a second language being desirable.
• Ability to solve problems and follow detailed instructions effectively.
