This is a FT position, hours are every friday 11pm-730am , Saturday and Sunday 7pm-730am ! <\/strong> <\/p>

As an RN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of an RN Supervisor and DON to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient\/family satisfaction.. <\/p>

Responsibilities<\/h2>
Responsibilities: <\/strong> <\/p>
• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care as well as physicians plan of treatment. <\/p><\/li>
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager<\/p><\/li>
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC. <\/p><\/li>
• Monitor resident\u2019s conditions and report accordingly. <\/p><\/li>
• Provide accurate documentation <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Qualifications<\/h2>
Qualifications;<\/strong> <\/p>
• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.<\/p><\/li>
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.\u200b<\/p><\/li>
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
