Full time and Part time, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions<\/strong> <\/p>
As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient\/family satisfaction.. <\/p>
Responsibilities<\/h2>
<\/p>
• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician\u2019s treatment plan. <\/li><\/ul>
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. <\/li><\/ul>
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)<\/li><\/ul>
• Monitor resident\u2019s conditions and report accordingly. <\/li><\/ul>
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided. <\/li><\/ul>

<\/p>
Qualifications<\/h2>
• A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing<\/li>
• Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing <\/li>
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.\u200b<\/li>
